I chose Phyllis Browning Company for a reason. It is the boutique San Antonio brokerage that built its name on discretion, market fluency, and treating every listing — from a first home to a private estate — with the same care.

I work bilingually in English and Spanish. Many of my clients are relocating from other states or arriving on military orders. I know that world personally: the packing timelines, the school anxiety, the pressure of buying a home you have only seen on a screen. My job is to make that quieter.

How I work

• Answer the phone. If I miss you, I call back the same day.
• Bilingual, top to bottom. Contracts, negotiation, and closing — in Spanish or English.
• Neighborhood specificity. I don't sell "San Antonio." I sell Stone Oak, Alamo Heights, Boerne, Terrell Hills — with their trade-offs on the table.
• Long-term perspective. Every deal must make sense the day you sell it, not just the day you sign.
